These Terms and Conditions are applicable to the clients (hereinafter referred as Students/You/Your) as of REG Education Consultants Pvt Ltd (hereinafter referred as REG, Company, us, Our, We).

We acknowledge and affirms their full comprehension of all the procedural formalities associated with the Study Abroad documentation processing.
We shall provide you a complete detail regarding your study abroad program and we are obliged to provide you all a complete counselling before starting your study abroad program with us.
The Study Abroad Visa process rules and regulations may be amended by the foreign country or Government of India at any time. We acknowledge that we are not responsible for any modifications made by the said countries, as the amendment of laws is solely within the discretionary authority of said countries.
We do not offer any assurance for your study abroad visa. The decision to issue the visa lies solely with the foreign country.
You are commits to fulfilling their obligations in order to complete the Study Abroad Visa documentation process, specifically: -
To initiate the procedure of acquiring a study abroad visa, it is mandatory for you to be registered with us and fulfil the obligation of paying the registration fees, if they are applicable.
You are required to provide all necessary documents that are essential for commencing the Study Abroad Visa procedure.
You are required to undertake the language assessment and furnish the relevant test outcomes to us within the agreed-upon timeframe.
In certain cases, you may require to pay application fees to the universities you are applying to.
You are responsible for paying the application fees and visa fees, however, if you choose to deposit these amounts into our account, we will then make the payments to the universities or countries on your behalf.
It is mandatory to ensure that the tuition fees are paid to the universities promptly.
The universities reserve the right to withdraw the offer letter or admission without prior notice, and REG will not be held responsible for any such actions.
Refund policy
The registration fees and any service charges paid to us are non-refundable under any circumstances.
The decision regarding the refund of tuition fees or any other fees paid to the university or colleges in case of visa refusal, withdrawal of offer letter, or admissions is subject to the university's or college’s refund policy. We are not liable for any refunds from the university or colleges, but we can assist you for claiming the refund of your tuition fees from the institutions.
In the event that you decide to withdraw your application while in the midst of the visa process, please note that the registration fees are non-refundable. Similarly, if your visa application is unsuccessful, the registration fees will not be refunded to you.
If students are only looking for visa filing services from us, they will be required to pay a service charge that is non-refundable under any circumstances.
You have the option to approach any third-party agency for your Immigration Health Charges (IHS) or travel services. Alternatively, you may request us to handle the service on your behalf, but please note that we can only facilitate these services through a third party. Refunds for such services will be governed by the refund policy of such third-party agency, and we will not be accountable for any refunds related to these services.
If you have entered into a distinct agreement with us regarding studying abroad, and if that agreement includes its own refund policy or terms and conditions, those specific refund policy and terms and conditions will remain valid and hold more importance than the refund policy and terms and conditions mentioned here.
