Refund policy

The registration fees and any service charges paid to us are non-refundable under any circumstances.
The decision regarding the refund of tuition fees or any other fees paid to the university or colleges in case of visa refusal, withdrawal of offer letter, or admissions is subject to the university's or college’s refund policy. We are not liable for any refunds from the university or colleges, but we can assist you for claiming the refund of your tuition fees from the institutions.
In the event that you decide to withdraw your application while in the midst of the visa process, please note that the registration fees are non-refundable. Similarly, if your visa application is unsuccessful, the registration fees will not be refunded to you.
If students are only looking for visa filing services from us, they will be required to pay a service charge that is non-refundable under any circumstances.
You have the option to approach any third-party agency for your Immigration Health Charges (IHS) or travel services. Alternatively, you may request us to handle the service on your behalf, but please note that we can only facilitate these services through a third party. Refunds for such services will be governed by the refund policy of such third-party agency, and we will not be accountable for any refunds related to these services.
If you have entered into a distinct agreement with us regarding studying abroad, and if that agreement includes its own refund policy or terms and conditions, those specific refund policy and terms and conditions will remain valid and hold more importance than the refund policy and terms and conditions mentioned here.
